1. What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a process where designs are printed onto a special film and then heat-pressed onto fabric. It allows for vibrant, long-lasting prints with high detail and flexibility—perfect for custom apparel.
2. Can I create a custom design or do I have to choose from pre-made options?
Every piece I make is custom! You’re welcome to send your own design ideas or tell me what you're looking for and I’ll help bring it to life.
3. How do I submit my design idea?
You'll be able to describe your idea in detail through the order form. The more info you provide, the better I can capture your vision. You’ll also have a chance to upload reference images or inspiration as well.
4. What type of apparel can I customize?
I currently customize items like t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, crewnecks and more. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to ask!
5. How long does it take to complete an order?
Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know so I can confirm whether it’s doable.
6. Can I request changes to the design before it's printed?
Absolutely. I’ll be in touch throughout the process and you’ll have the opportunity to give feedback before the final design is pressed.
7. Do you accept bulk or group orders?
Yes! I’m happy to work on group or bulk orders. Reach out with the details and I’ll provide a custom quote and timeline.
8. What’s your return or refund policy?
Because every order is custom-made, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once an order has entered production or been completed.
If an error occurs on my end (such as misprints, incorrect design placement or use of the wrong materials), you will receive a free reprint of the affected items at no additional cost.
